Most comments talk about emotion. That tells us what viewers remembered.
The middle needs one clear change so viewers can feel the story moving.
It got fewer views than nearby uploads after adjusting for age. The title or thumbnail may not have reached enough people.
Ask one clear question at the start. Make each section answer part of it.
Add a choice, loss or rule change near the middle. Show why it matters before the next section.
Build the title and thumbnail around one conflict or one impossible image. Do not list everything in the video.
